Made this dish when I wasn’t able to go to the groceries to buy the needed ingredients for the dish that I was planning to cook for lunch. One ingredient that my husband bought out of curiosity about a month ago was my savior. 😀 This might help you during your what-to-cook-for-lunch/dinner moments. 😀
⇔ 500g, chicken
⇔ 1 small, white onion, chopped
⇔ 4 cloves, garlic, chopped
⇔ 1 thumb size, ginger, chopped
⇔ 1 tbsp, oil
⇔ 2 tbsp, soy sauce
⇔ ¼ cup, water
⇔ 1 carrot, chopped
⇔ 1 green bell pepper, chopped
⇔ ¼ cup, tomato garlic sauce
1. Heat the oil in a pot.
2. Sautè the onion, garlic, ginger and chicken with the soy sauce until the meat changes into whitish color.
3. Pour in the tomato garlic sauce, water, and carrot. Cover and simmer for 13 min. Stir occasionally.
4. Add the bell pepper and simmer for another 3 min or until the chicken is tender enough for you.
5. Serve hot with rice.
