Umihotaru Parking Area, Japan (May 1, 2017)

I eagerly waited for this moment. To witness the phases of sunset is something I had never done. I had the chance and I gladly grabbed it. This photo is just one of the shots I took as the sun slowly disappeared from my sight. The reflection of the sunset hue in the sea just made my experience more worthwhile. I forgot how much time I spent on waiting. Knowing that we were at a parking area, but having to see such immersive view did change my thought that not all parking areas are dull. I wouldn’t mind going back there and see the same impressive scene again and again.
