*via Weekly Photo Challenge: Delta*

I was on my way back home from a nearby supermarket when I came upon a small bush of red roses. It wasn’t hot at the time. I could still feel the last days of spring. I literally stopped and breathed in the scent. A sudden rush of joy flowed through my veins as I basked in the beautiful scenery. At the back of my mind, it was just a fleeting moment for it was only the beginning of a transition. One that will leave this bush empty when summer finally arrives.
