Easy Recipe: Avocado Smoothie

Here’s a healthy and tasty smoothie that you can whip up for breakfast or anytime of the day.


100g = 6 tbsp



  1. Cut the avocado in half and use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh out.
  2. Place the avocado flesh and vanilla yogurt in the blender.
  3. Add the cinnamon powder, honey, and water.
  4. Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes).


Enjoy your creamy smoothie!


I prefer to have my smoothie as creamy as possible, but not too sweet. How about you?
