Easy Recipe: Fried Sweet Potato with Cinnamon and Honey

You can have this simple dish not just as snacks but also as lunch or even dinner. Only if you’re kind of maintaining or losing weight.


With just 5 ingredients you can have this tasty and flourishing dish in 15 minutes.


1~2 servings



  1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into small cubes like so in the picture.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the sweet potato on medium heat for 7 minutes (with occasional stirring).
  3. Drizzle the cinnamon powder, honey, and sesame seeds. Mix well. Cook on low heat for 8 minutes more (with occasional stirring).



Dig in! It’s slightly crunchy by the way!
